I sent this letter sometime in January.It was not published by the Scotsman newspaper. Dear Sir,Brian Wilson at last is telling the obvious truth when he talks about the simple facts of the Council tax freeze which will leave the poor disadvantaged and people like himself,the better off unscathed, his words not mine.
